What can I say? The mama makeover has been an amazing experience in every way imaginable.

From all the initial brainstorming that Annee and I participated in nearly 10 months ago, to the transformation that Andrea experienced during her 9 week makeover. From all the unique, supportive businesses that came together to help raise awareness about integrative and alternative methods that are available to all mothers to Andrea making it to just about every single appointment. Was she committed and ready, or what?

Wow! It has been such an honor to be a part of this journey, to meet Andrea, hear her story and witness her holistic transformation from the inside out. She has truly touched my heart.

She was so depleted when we first met. She seemed at her wits end with her own health issues, fatigue and physical weakness. It never occurred to me that a potential goal of a mom would be to actually GAIN weight! But, that is just what she did!
